GENERAL CONDITIONS

The weather has been beautiful with temperatures ranging from high 50s to high 60s, with winds blowing at 12mph. The humidity is up to 40%, so it will feel warming that the thermometer reads. The water temperature reads at 57’.

Please note boaters must be 100 feet away from the swim ropes, fish tube and the docks.

We encourage all anglers to please stop by our kiosk on the way out to report catches, stories, comments, and/or concerns.

CATFISH

Catfish are being caught on chicken livers over by the boat marina and in the shallows.

TROUT

Lots of trout being caught lately, even up to 12lbs.! Anglers are having success on rapalas, garlic Power Bait, senkos, and Power Eggs.

BASS

Bass are biting on swimbaits, but remember to release your bass back into the lake to keep the population up.

CRAPPIE/BLUEGILL

No crappies reported.

WHOPPERS:

Darrell Debo, of Livermore, caught a 12.2lb trout on split back rapalas. He was fishing using a floating tube in the main lake.

Rick Cortez caught five trout on green Power Bait. He was fishing left of the boat dock.

Mario Gutierrez caught three trout, the largest weighing three lbs., on garlic Power Bait. Mario was fishing right off the 1st dock

Grant Olguin caught and released a large bass, weighing in at 12 lbs., on swimbaits. He caught and released the fish to help us sustain the population of bass. He was fishing off of his boat in the lake.

John Patterson caught and released eleven bass while float tubing in the arroyo pond. He caught the bass on senkos.

Lloyd Price caught and released a 12lb. bass on senkos. Lloyd was fishing off the 2nd dock.

Jeorge Licea, of San Jose, caught two trout, the largest weighing 4lbs., on white Power Eggs. rge was fishing off the 2nd dock and he was using white power eggs for bait.

All personal watercraft must be off the lake ½ hour before sunset.
