GENERAL CONDITIONS

The weather has been beautiful with temperatures ranging from mid 50s to high 80s, with winds blowing at 12mph. Water temperature is 62’.

Please note boaters must be 100 feet away from the swim ropes, fish tube and the docks.

We encourage all anglers to please stop by our kiosk on the way out to report catches, stories, comments, and/or concerns.

CATFISH

Chicken livers will help you catch a catfish this week, likely by the boat marina and in the shallows.

TROUT

Trout are biting right now. Anglers are having success on rapalas, garlic Power Bait, senkos, and Power Eggs.

BASS

Bass are biting on swimbaits, but remember to release your bass back into the lake to keep the population up.

WHOPPERS:

Grant Olguin, fishing from his boat, caught and released a 10lb bass using swim bait.

Ken, of San Jose, caught a trout on Power Eggs and Power Worms. It weighed 5lbs., and he was fishing between the 2nd and 3rd dock.

Chris R. Gutierrez, of Willow Glen, caught three trout on Power Bait while fishing on north of the boat launch.
