Planted steelhead are scattered from the surface to 40 feet deep. Trollers use Apex, Needlefish, worms and flashers. Some fish are 24 inches but most are in the 16 to 18 inch class. Bass bite has been decent. Bass are deep. Find them off points or in channels next to trees in 25 to 40 feet deep. Jigs, Senkos, dropshotting will work. A new hook, the double-wacky hook, with Senkos was an effective bass catcher.  Outdoor Pro Shop – Cotati (707) 588-8033 (707) 433-2200
