Bass fishing is as good as it has been all spring. There aren’t a lot of big fish but there are plenty of one to 1-1/2 pound bass. Senkos in baby bass or pumpkin, tubes and topwater baits all work. Target the submerged willow trees. Find a bush or tree in the water and there’s bass holding. Trout are 20 to 30 feet below the surface near the dam, mouth of Dry Creek and into the Sacramento Arm.
