Trout bite continues to be steady. There's still some algae near the boat docks. Water temperature is in the mid-50s. Bite is best along the east shore trail, especially near Raccoon Point. Chartreuse Power Bait is the best bait. Trollers are using Mirror Shad and gold Kastmasters. Trollers work from Indian Cove to Honker Bay. Big fish of the week was a 9.52 pound trout caught by Shawn Lee of Fremont from Raccoon Point with chartreuse Power Bait. A plant of 800 pounds went in last Friday. Another plant is scheduled for this week. (510) 247-2526
