Chris Adams was fishing over at Santee Lakes earlier today. Here's a report in his words, "Trout are biting at Santee Lakes. I only caught one in lake four off Rainbow Powerbait but I started fishing after noon today. A guy next to me caught his limit, including a six pounder."
