Angler Rick Lozano from West Hills, CA checked in with a surf report from the Malibu Coast. Rick was fishing with a 4 inch swimbait when he hooked up into this beautiful Winter Halibut. The fish measured about 25 inches.

Rick considered making the Halibut into a dinner but instead did a catch, photo & release today! Thanks for the report Rick!
