The East is running at 88 cfs today, a great flow to fish, we've only had a couple reports since the flows have gone up but it seems as though the fish have settled down and are biting again. The best area still seems like the section below the bridge on down to Murphy's Pond as there seems to be more fish hanging out down there than up above. You'll still want to search out the deeper pools and runs where fish are likely to be holding. Small midge patterns have been the best still though there have been some nice fish caught on streamers. Haven't heard of any good dry fly action lately but if you're on the Nevada side I'd keep your eyes out for some stoneflies coming off, it's that time of year. Patterns to try include: copper john, zebra midge, silver streak, rainbow warrior, top secret midge, pheasant tail, wd-40, zuddler, zonker, jj special, sculpzilla, moal leech, double bunny.
