Update 4:15pm- The San Diego has called in a final fish count of 113 yellowfin tuna and 1 bluefin tuna.

Captain Josh Walton aboard the Eclipse on a one and a half day has called in with 106 yellowfin tuna and is still fishing.

Captain Cameron Cribben on a three quarter day trip aboard the San Diego has called in with 60+ yellowfin tuna and he has fish hanging.

The Tribute has called in an update of 82 yellowfin tuna and also has fish going.

The Yellowfin tuna are 18-25lbs. If you plan on making a tuna trip the smart angler would bring a 20lb outfit and also a 40-50lb outfit along with #2 and 3/0-5/0 hooks. If you have a California license please bring it with you just in case we fish California waters.
