November 16, 2016 - Capt. Stan Koenigsberger of Quetzal Adventures will present a seminar focusing on salmon trolling on the Sacramento River. The seminar is free and will take place at 7:00 p.m. at the Veteran's Hall, 610 St. Francis Way in Rio Vista, Ca.
