Yes it is "Shasta Lake Piggy Trout Time", don't miss out on a fantastic fishing trip. These Trout are in big pig mode, feeding (I prefer the term gorging) on massive schools of bait. These hard fighting great tasting fish are a blast to catch. Don't worry and think you had to be here last week. August and September provide some of the best action as well as the biggest/fattest Trout around.
