Still Hanging in There During the Mornings.

The East is running at about 163 cfs right now and is still hanging in there during the mornings.  From about 7 to 11 or 12 is the time to be there, before it warms up too much.  There has been some dry/dropper action as well as nymphing under an indicator and also some pretty decent crawdad pattern action.  It’s advisable to use heavy tippets, get the fish in as quickly as possible and get them released as quickly as possible.  In another week or two the weather will likely start to cool down which will in turn cool down the water and the fishing will start to get better throughout the day.
