Fishing has been very good & only getting better! Come & get it! Dress warm for chilly mornings & lovely days! Trolling flies in various colors from orange, browns, olive, tui chub & bloody leeches (yellow working on overcast days) on jay fair toplines running 3-6ft deep have been doing 99.9% of the damage for us! Alternatively you can use leadcore at 1 color in the water & 100ft of leader or splice in about 8-9ft of 18lb leadcore into mono or braid & 20ft of leader. Key trolling top water is 100ft+ behind the boat. The toplines run around 145-150ft back. Shore fishing off the jetty & pikes pt doing well too a few off the east side ledge. Slow at Christie but that will change. Weedy on the west side but doable.
