Delta Report 2-23-20
Water Temp. 57-59
Water Clarity 3-6ft

Fished the delta today for the first time since November and It didn’t disappoint. We had an outgoing tide all day. I wasn’t what to expect with 70 degree days mixed with nights in the upper 30s- low40s. We had an array rods rigged up. We started with a IMA Rock N Vibe and a Spinnerbait, covering a bunch of water. We caught a few small ones just nothing of size.

My dad and I  decided to slow down with an IMA Flit 120 and an Optimum Boom Boom Swimbait. We immediately started boating 3-4 pound fish. As the day progressed we started to find bigger females position on the edges of flats near 8-12 feet of water.

We ended up 25.68 for our best 5. The delta is starting to heat up from Snodgrass all the way down to Old River. Grab your self an IMA Flit and some Boom Boom Swimbaits and hang on!
