As of last Sunday. The lake was still 90% iced over. There are a few areas that have open waters. Along the dam and spillway area had enough open water to fish. The Woods Creek area also had open water. I saw a couple people parking at the Woods Creek area and had walked down to fish. Did not talk with anyone coming back up though. By this weekend the lake should have more open water.
