Samuel Harper, 8 years old, (tomorrow) caught this 3 3/4 pound, 21 inch beauty in Markleeville Creek near the Library Bridge on a mouse tail. "Biggest fish I ever caught!" That is a pretty big fish for anyone! Congratulations Samuel and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
