It remains to be that our Community Park is a hot spot for anglers. I am getting reports of limits of rainbow trout near the launch ramp and some up and down stream from that point. This same area is producing some nice size stripers.  I have said that some of our larger fish seem to be coming in the area near and around the casinos or up near the Davis Dam are great hot spots for these larger stripers.

Our visiting anglers from Torrance California Robert Chau and Leon Libarian were fishing form shore using their favorite swim baits to land a nice couple for stripers Roberts was 14.8 pounds and 36 inches while Leon's was 9.24 pounds and 28 and 1/2 inches.

I haven't heard much form up on Lake Mohave as of yet but our weather is just starting to let anglers and boaters out on the lake. The ones that have been getting out are not reporting any hook ups as of yet. I have heard of a few boils of shad near the Marina and near the dam no anglers are getting any luck getting close so far.

No word from the marsh as of yet I did get word that the killing of the Javelins has stopped for this season. I am noticing the largemouth bass and a few pan fish are starting to get close to respawn and looking for their nesting sites. I am sure that the stripers usually spawn around April, May. So with that we should be getting the smaller fish in around the 3 to 7 pound range these are usually the males. Anyone having any luck please keep me posted and we hope this helps for now and thanks so much for all of your support.
