The Feather River opens April 3rd from the A-23 bridge down to the Mohawk bridge. There are new regulations on the middle fork of the Feather River. November 16th to the last Saturday in April, the river remains open. Please note there is a zero limit and anglers must use artificial flies with barbless lures.
