Flows are down to 570 cfs. It is dropping fast. The next few weeks should be really good on the East Carson. Usually this time of year nymphing with golden stones and a caddis dropper during the day works well. As the water comes down the dry dropper set up will be worth a try as well. Make sure to use split shot with your nymph rigs until the flows come down some.
