Flows on the Carson are already way down but fishing has been good. The river will likely slow with the extreme heat. Spin fisherman using spinners and spoons for trout in deeper pools have caught a few fish recently. Bass fishing on the lower river between Carson and Dayton has been fair but should slow with low water. Hopper fishing has been fair for fly fisherman. Look for deeper water around shade.
