The national forests are all under a closure area until September 17th. You can fish on Lake Shasta, and if you would like to fish Private Waters, Rock Creek Lake has some nice trout.

Sacramento River - Lower: The releases from Keswick are 6,800 CFS opening up a lot of wading opportunities
Pit River: Smoke is also a factor in the drainage
Trinity River: Access to the Trinity is limited right now
