Reports of striper catches are coming in at the lake's north and south ends. Boaters have been fooling the fish with X-Rap jerkbaits in shad and minnow patterns. Black bass action remains slow, likely because of the cooler temperatures.

At Willow Beach, kayakers are catching rainbow trout on soft plastic worms in pearl and olive colors. Shore anglers have also reported the fish are biting on minnow and shad crankbaits.
