The Rosachi section has started to pick up a bit with the warmer weather, I’d say still not red-hot but the anglers I’ve spoken to have been getting into some good fish, even some that have been well over 20” lately! Sounds like Pat’s rubberleg, poxyback stones, golden and brown stones, San Juan worms, and various small nymph and midge patterns have all been doing well. Haven’t heard anything about any streamers yet but that’s sure to come.

 

We haven’t had any reports back from the ranch lately, I would imagine it should be fishing much like the Rosachi section, maybe a little better since it doesn’ t get much pressure this time of the year. If you want to book some time up there just give is a call.

We haven’t heard any news from the West Walker lately though it is open for barbless catch and release fishing in the Winter now. If we hear anything we’ll pass it along.

RANDOM INFORMATION: The weather is starting to warm up a bit and the lakes are beginning to thaw. The fishing has picked up on the Nevada side lately and that’s always a good sign! Many thanks to all the people who put on the 4th of July fundraising dinner last weekend, and many thanks to all who attended and donated! They were able to raise over $26,000 for the fireworks this year, look forward to another great show!!
