In the eastern region stream flows are up from last week due to the shot of moisture on Thursday night. However, they are below the median for this time of year, many well below. The recent precipitation may make for some muddy driving conditions on the back roads. As of April 22, Cleve Creek was flowing at 5.1 cfs
