Ice fishing is officially up and running at South Fork. We've got an average of 5" of ice along the Southwest Shores side of the lake (along Coyote Cove and Jetski Beach). If ice fishing isn't your thing, we also have open water accessible by shore from the main boat ramp toward the dam on the east side.
Remember, ice is NEVER 100% safe. Always use good judgement, take necessary precautions, and know the conditions. Refer to the last post we shared from Nevada Department of Wildlife with great tips on ice safety.
