SOUTH FORK ICE UPDATE!
The best ice remains along the Southwest shore.
We've got 9 to 10 inches of solid ice along the Southwest Shore between Coyote Cove/Jet Ski Beach/Fisherman's Point.
Tomera Cove and the Boat Ramp have 6-8 inches.
CAUTION! There is a large pressure ridge (see 2nd photo) at the mouth of Boat Cove with some less stable ice from there toward the dam.
Always take necessary safety precautions when heading out for some hard-water fishing.
Stay safe and have fun out there!
