Wind has kept fishermen off the water. Otherwise, there are stripers on the troll and some fish are weighing in the mid-teens. Start in depths of 10 feet and work deeper. Sandy Beach, Rio Vista Bridge and Cache Slough are good spots. Incoming tide is best. There are still sturgeon coming from Cache Slough, Miner Slough and Prospect Slough. (707) 374-2372.
