The Crooked River I believe will get pretty iced up this week. I can’t know that for sure today, but I think it will. Be prepared for that occurrence and maybe steer clear of it for 7 or 8 days. In any case, if the day time highs are in the 20’s and night time lows in the single digits for a few days coming up, then being is a deep canyon that orientates North/South you are not going to see much in the way of sun and solar radiation off the rocks. 
I’d skip the Crooked for a bit.
