Upper Empire Lake was stocked this week with over 350 extra trophy trout from Bandon Hatchery. Anglers are having success catching these 2 – 4 pound trout on spinners or Powerbait. Upper Empire Lake is scheduled to be stocked in early June for the last time this spring.
