At Boca Reservoir, water level continues rising, bringing in fresh shoreline. Trolling for kokanee and rainbows has improved—try pink hoochies or Apex lures at 50 ft. Shore anglers using worms and power baits are finding success near the dam and southeast banks. Fly anglers should work the inlet with leeches and small buggers. Current capacity at Boca Reservoir is at 100%.
