Here is a great catch of stripers from Lake Mohave. Our local angler, Kanan Guleryuz, landed these fish using a white soft paddle tail. His future wife, Breannah Patten, gave him a hand with the fish they brought in. They make a great couple—and it was a nice catch.

I'm hearing that chasing the boils near the basin is working well. It’s also a great way to help out by catching a few. The larger fish in this catch was very thin with not much meat, while the smaller ones had more.

The bag limit on Lake Mohave is 20 fish over 20 inches; under 20 inches, there is no limit. This helps support the population since there are so many stripers in the lake.

Below the dam, the striper bite has been a bit slow. The good news for our trout anglers is that we received a load of rainbow trout at Community Park. Our local fish hatchery is back and bringing us some great fish for everyone to catch.
