Access could be blocked by snow. The lake will begin to freeze soon. Fishing should be very slow. The northwest side of the lake is best for Brook Trout. The flooded timber area is good for Brook Trout. The lake is currently 23 percent full.
There is not an improved boat ramp or dock on site. You will need to back your boat down the beach. As lake levels drop larger boats are very difficult to launch. Large boats are probably difficult to launch currently.
Check Fourmile Lake Levels.
Please report any kokanee caught from the lake. You can also call Lake of the Woods Resort for updates.
