Winter steelhead fishing on the North Fork Nehalem remains fair. The river may get a little low this week but should still be fishable. The early returning hatchery fish are slowing down and there's not many left in good condition, but a portion of the hatchery run are from wild broodstock, and those hatchery fish should continue to return in good condition through the end of March.
