Join the Yerington Lions Club and Nevada Department of Wildlife for the the Yerington Kids Fishing Derby!
Saturday, May 2 from 8 a.m. - 9 a.m.
The Mason Valley Fish Hatchery Ponds, behind the hatchery, located at 50 Hatchery Way, Yerington, NV 89447
Be sure to arrive early to claim your spot on one of the ponds. Kids often catch Largemouth Bass and Rainbow Trout up to 6lbs!
Anglers are awarded prizes for first fish and largest fish in three age categories. Parents are welcome to fish the ponds during the derby.
No registration needed.
