The kokanee bite is going strong on the south end of the lake. Many anglers have been getting limits of 12-inchers. The Mackinaw bite has also been doing well near the Camp Richardson area and around Taylor Creek, mainly because the fish are chasing the schools of kokanee. I would throw a rubber or spider jig right into the middle of the schools. For more information, call Jason at 775-233-5055 or visit RubyJeanCharters.com.

Good luck on your next fishing adventure. If you have a question. a report in our local fishing area or have a photo of your catch, send it to nevada@fishreports.com. Hope to see you on the waters. Good fishin' and tight lines.
