"We had another great day aboard the Royal Polaris," noted the report for March 24. "Our morning started out a bit slow, but by 08:00 hours, our kite fishing was back in full swing with 34 Yellowfin tuna, 3 of which were over 200 pounds, 1 at 196, and another super cow at 314 pounds, caught by first-time long ranger, Kirk McCoy. "The weather is quite choppy, but so long as the fish keep biting, we can live with it. We now have a total of 15 fish over 200 pounds, and 4 over 300, combined with numerous beautiful fish from 120 to 190 pounds.
