2 trips at Stampede today. Morning trip was non stop action with multiple doubles and triples. No quads. Second trip clients didn’t care about color and wanted big fish for the smoker so we went in search of some large mature kokanee. Stampede was hot this morning!! Color and depth changed constantly. In the dark, Paulina Peak Tackle CottonCandy glow tip was red hot, clown and pink lemonade came a close second. Paulina Peak Tackle Cotton Candy explosion at Stampede today. Top color by far followed by 1 rod with Pink Lemonade with short leaders. Fishing between 70’-90’ otw in open waters. Had to weed through a few small ones but it was worth it with the quality of today.
