Water Conditions:
Good flows are at 410cfs as of 8/11
Fishing Conditions and Hatches:
Good flows are finally stabilizing around ~400. This is a little high, but at least it's consistent.
Fish small trico spinners early, along with terrestrials along the banks. Seems to shut down around noon to one o'clock.
Recommended Flies:
NYMPH:
Drowned Trico Spinner #20San Juan Worm Red, Copper John #16 Hares Ear Natural #16, Little Yellow Sloan #16-20, Mitchell's Split Case PMD #18
DRIES:
Organza Trico Spinner #20, Bright Wing PMD #18, Harrups PMD Hairwing DUN #20, Hackel Stacker PMD #18-20, Yellow Sally, Yellow and Tan Grasshoppers Chernobyl Ants
STREAMERS:
Pop's Bugger, Flashabou Buggers

San Joaquin River: Flows are Better on the San Joaquin, fishing is improving as well
Crowley Lake: Crowley is pulling some Big Fish from the McGee Creek Channel
Owens River: Flows are great on the Uppen Owens, fish appear to be moving into the river from Crowley
Owens River: Owens River Gorge continues to have good fishing
Owens River: Flows are up and down on the Lower Owens, be careful
Bridgeport Reservoir: Fish the Inlets and Outlets at Bridgeport
East Walker River: East Walker fishing slowed because of the change in flows, fishing should come back soon
