Flows on the Little Truckee are down to 136 CFS. This is the lowest they have been all season but still a really good flow for this time of year. There has been a PMD hatch in the early afternoons especially on non windy days. The water is cold and clear and there has been quite a bit of fishing pressure. As the flows get lower it becomes more important to have a stealthy approach. The fish are still really spread out from top to bottom. Dry dropper set-ups are a good way to go instead of using an indicator as well.
