Water Conditions:
Great the water temps warming up now with some algea in the water.
Fishing Conditions and Hatches:
Good to Excellent but mostly smaller fish. A monster once in a while if you are patient. Fish all of the inlets and outlets for best results.

Crowley Lake: The Big Fish at Crowley are 14' or deeper, smaller fish are usually shallower
Owens River: Avoid the muddy water on the Upper Owens
