Water Conditions:
Good the flows popped up yesterday to 190cfs as of 10/21.
Fishing Conditions and Hatches:
Good fishing has picked back up again. Mostly small midges and Baetis. Not much in the way of a caddis hatch going on. If you're fishing closer to the dam, make sure you have a crayfish pattern on as your top fly and hang on for the ride.

Crowley Lake: Stripping is working well for Fly Fishermen at Crowley but the fish are moving around
Owens River: Smaller bugs #22-24 working best on the Upper Owens for Fly Fishermen
Owens River: Fly Fishing at the the Owens Gorge is Consistent and Good
Owens River: Fly Fishing the Lower Owens is Challenging at best
Bridgeport Reservoir: The Fish are spread out at Bridgeport Reservoir so move around
