The pressure is down on the East Walker and nymphing is the best approach

The East is flowing at about 212 cfs today. We've been getting very good reports still this past week on a regular basis. There's been some good streamer action in the mornings and evenings and occasionally some good dry action as well. The meat and potatoes is still nymphing with small midge patterns. The pressure is starting to decline as the season wears on so there's lots of room to find some good fish. Successful patterns lately include WD-40's, zebra midges, flashback emergers, ice nymphs, princes, copper johns, san juan worms, zuddlers, moal leeches, sculpzillas, madam x's and chubby chernobyls.
