Water Conditions:
Good flows are fairly steady for several weeks and at 34 cfs as of 12/23.

Fishing Conditions and Hatches:
Good the water is cold, but as soon as the water temp comes up a couple of degrees daily the baetis start hatching in quantity and it gets good quickly. Midges early as usual. Fishing continues excellent midday.
