Water Conditions: Good the flow is at 25 cfs forever as of 2/4. Snow is not a problem for access.
Fishing Conditions and Hatches: Excellent, the Water is still cold but midday bite is strong to wide open! Averagre report is a dozen fish in 4-5 hours with guides and clients 2x that. Midges in the 18-20 range producing all day and decent hatch midday for an hour or two.

Owens River: The fishing is good in the Owens River Gorge and it will be warmer than at higher elevations
Owens River: The flows are back up on the Lower Owens, Drift boating might be the best approach
East Walker River: It is "Baetis-o-rama" Days for Fly Fishermen on the East Walker
