Water Conditions: Fair the flows bottomed out at 10cfs as of 9/26. Very clear and cold.
Fishing Conditions and Hatches: Fair the fish are stacked in deeper pools, but will move to shallow riffles to feed when there is a hatch. Nymphing early with caddis larva and some BWOs. Small midges in the afternoon. Still a few terrestrials here and there. Plenty of insects in the water, mostly Caddis larva.

Guides Hint: Fish are very spooky, so be stealthy and don't wear bright colors.

Crowley Lake: Crowley Lake has seen a phenomenal year producing big fish day after day
Owens River: The Upper Owens is fishing really well right now
Owens River: Not much has changed at the Owens River Gorge, fishing is good
Rock Creek - Section 1: Rock Creek is not an easy access therefore the fishing is not as impacted
Rush Creek: Rush Creek fishing is not easy but those who can do it will be rewarded
Owens River: The Flows at the Lower Owens are over 500 cfs, fishing is poor
Bridgeport Reservoir: Lots of weeds at Bridgeport Reservoir & the fish are not easy to find.
East Walker River: Fishing is good on the East Walker until around noon
