Water Conditions: Fair as of 10/31 flows are at 47 cfs above Grant Lake and at 46 cfs below.
Fishing Conditions and Hatches: Good we are hearing that the afternoon session above 395 is quite good. Fishing small Caddis dries with a small dropper.
