Water Conditions: Good, the flows are at 30cfs as of 2/20. The gate is closed but you can drive up to it now at least and hoof it the rest of the way.
Fishing Conditions and Hatches: Good the fishing continues good but the bite window is about 11am to 2pm. Fish midges early and late. Warmer weather should get these fish more active soon.

DRIES: CDC Baetis Dun #18-#20, CDC Baetis Emerger #20, Extended Body BWO #22, Hatch Matcher BWO #18-#20

Hot Creek: Right now Hot Creek is fishing fair, as the weather warms we expect the fishing to pick up
Owens River: There are still some big Crowley fish in the Upper Owens
Owens River: Not much in the hatch dept at the Gorge, but the fish seem to still take anything floating
Pleasant Valley Reservoir: Best fishing at Pleasant Valley Reservoir can be found in the area below the stream section
Owens River: On the Lower Owens fish midges early & Baetis later, the bite has been excellent
East Walker River: If you go fishing on the Walker River you'll find a decent hatch and low crowds

Owens River: There are phenomenal reports about the fishing on the Lower Owens
Hot Creek: Fishing at Hot Creek dontinues to be good but the bite window is short 11 to 2
Owens River: There are still some Crowley fish in the Upper Owens but that number is getting smaller by the day
Owens River: Not many hatches in the Owens River Gorge but the fish are still biting
Pleasant Valley Reservoir: The area below the stream section has been productive at Pleasant Valley Res
Owens River: Fishing on the Lower Owens is wide open
East Walker River: Fishing is reportedly good on the East Walker but there is lots of snow
