Spirit of Adventure docked at H&M Landing August 15, after a four-day trip with 23 anglers skippered by Brian Evans.

Art Fagan of Cypress won first place, for a 37.2-pound albacore. He said he bagged it with a 3/0 Mustad circle hook on 40-pound unknown line, a Penn 4/0 reel and a Calstar 6460 rod.

Sam Mills of Orange was second, for a 37-pounder.
