Perch fishing has been hit-and-miss. Best is the incoming tide and the top of the outgoing tide. Pile worms or grass shrimp work well. One angler caught a halibut and a sturgeon from the Pinole shoreline. The sturgeon was a keeper and the halibut was 36-inches. (510) 235-2032 Bay Tackle
