Dave Jacobs (Professional Guide Service) (800-355-3113): Salmon fishing from Balls Ferry downstream to near Chico has continued to be slow for most anglers with some guides reporting 1-3 fish per day. Back bouncing sardine wrapped Kwikfish lures in the morning and switching over to roe and a Quickie puff ball in the mid morning and afternoon have been the best bets . Salmon have been averaging 18-26 lbs with larger fish weighing in at 30 -40 lbs.?Į
